These Terms of Service govern your use of https://purrsarcasm.com and any purchase you make from Purrsarcasm, a store operated by Purr Sarcasm. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order. Purrsarcasm sells and ships to customers in the United States only.

2. Products, Prices and Images

• All products are offered subject to availability. Product descriptions, prices and images may change without notice.
• Product images are for illustration. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen settings.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an order is affected by such an error, we may cancel it and refund any amount you paid.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order does not mean we have accepted it. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including limited stock, a payment problem, suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund you to your original payment method.

4. Order Changes and Cancellations

You can ask to change or cancel an order by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations are only possible before the order enters processing or shipment, and canceling an eligible order costs nothing.

5. Shipping, Returns and Payment

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the cat artwork, slogans, text, graphics, logos and product images, belongs to Purr Sarcasm and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or distribute it without our written permission.

When using the site, you agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems or other users' information;
• upload or spread malware or other harmful code;
• interfere with or disrupt the site's operation or security;
• scrape, harvest or copy site content by automated means;
• infringe the intellectual property rights of Purr Sarcasm or anyone else.

8. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, except for the rights you have under our Returns & Refunds Policy and under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Purr Sarcasm for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purr Sarcasm from claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Purr Sarcasm operates. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration where permitted by law. Either party may still bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
